Privacy Policy – Sprout Knight: Horde Survivor

This privacy policy explains how the mobile game "Sprout Knight: Horde Survivor" ("the game") handles information.

1. Information we collect ourselves

We do not ask for your name, email address or any account. Your game progress is saved on your device. If you use cloud save (iCloud on iPhone, Google Play Games on Android), a copy of your progress is stored in your own iCloud or Google Play Games account, which we cannot read.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect your device's advertising ID, your approximate location (from your IP address) and information about the ads you see. In the UK, EEA and Switzerland you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy choices. On iPhone, the game only uses your advertising ID if you allow tracking when asked. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

3. Anonymous gameplay data and crash reports

To fix crashes and balance the game, the game can send anonymous gameplay data to GameAnalytics (for example: a chapter started or finished, how long a run lasted, which upgrade was chosen, how fast the game runs) and crash reports to Sentry (the error, the game version, your phone's model and system version). This data uses a random ID made on your device; it contains no name, no email, no advertising ID and no precise location, and it is not used for advertising. In the UK, EEA and Switzerland it is only sent if you agree when the game asks. You can turn it off at any time in Settings → "Share anonymous gameplay data". GameAnalytics: https://gameanalytics.com/privacy · Sentry: https://sentry.io/privacy

4. Purchases

If you buy something in the game, Apple or Google process the payment; we never see your payment details. The game keeps only a record of what you own, so it can give you your items and restore them.

5. Game Center and Google Play Games

If you sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games, Apple or Google keep your leaderboard scores and achievements under your own account.

6. Time check

To keep daily rewards and events fair, the game checks the current time with our website or Google. This request contains no personal data.

7. Notifications

If you allow reminders, they are created on your phone itself. No data is sent to us. You can turn them off in Settings.

8. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game does not ask for any personal details.

9. Data retention and deletion

Game progress stays on your device (and in your own iCloud / Google Play Games account if you use cloud save). You can delete it by deleting the game's data or uninstalling the game. Anonymous gameplay data is kept by GameAnalytics for up to 26 months and crash reports by Sentry for up to 90 days. To ask us to delete anonymous data linked to your device, email mossforgegames@gmail.com with the "Player" line from Settings → Send feedback. 10. Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to access or delete data about you, or object to its use. Email mossforgegames@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date.
